What We Offer

Outdoor Kids Park

No need to hire a babysitter when our park can keep your Kids occupied while you break your daily sweat.

Includes swings, monkey bars, slides, and more.

Sauna

Our carefully crafted sauna measures 800 square feet. It can house up to 10 members at a time. Temperatures may reach up to 102 degrees farenheit

We have a 30 minute time limit to keep risk of injury minimal.

Weightroom

We are mainly about free weights with a few machines. Our equipment includes 6 barbell/bench stations, a dumbbell rack ranging for 10lbs to 120lbs, exercise balls, and plenty more.

We also have a calisthenics area with parallel bars, high pull up bars, and olympic rings.

Lockers

We provide locks so you can rest assured your stuff is safe and secure.

Cardio Area

Whether you are into kettlebell swings, HIIT, or prefer good old running on a treadmill we got you covered.

Pickleball Courts

Find out what all the hype is about with this new sport. It's feels like amateur tennis eventhough games can get pretty aggressive.
