You need to be a diamond member. Then you may just show up whenever class is in session. We check to make sure you are a diamond member so bring your ID card.
We work to make sure we know who our members are. If we catch you without membership card we give you a warning and ask you to leave the area. If it happens again we will suspend you from the gym until further notice.
Yes you can pick who ever you feel comfortable with.
That really depends on the individual as results vary. But usually noticing results can happen within a few weeks of consistency.
